From our sanding process we produce fines collected by the filter press. The product is over 80% ATH, with some remnants of peroxide, PMMA and MMA. Overall the filler has 20-40% moisture. We generate give or take about 18-24 bulk bags per 24 hours – depends on product and filter press efficiency. Filled bulk bags weigh between 500-660 lbs. In five days we approximately generate around 28 tons.
